Hello! I am so excited you're looking into Savvy Ray Photography for your precious family photos! Just know that I will be here for you every step of the way, and you are in great hands! I love getting to know our families, and I can't wait to get to know you all! Let's get started!
First step- Booking and beginning planning
Once I receive your inquiry, we will get started on the details (date, time, location, how many people in the photoshoot). This will give you more information about pricing and collect general information about you and your family. I love getting to know you! Once booking and selections are finalized, we will get things rolling.
02. Plan
Let the fun start! I will be asking you if you're looking for more of a traditional family session or a fun "lifestyle" family session. The lifestyle sessions are SO much fun because they show candid emotion. They are also less stressful for the parents!
There are some examples of Lifestyle session ideas at the bottom of this page. then a questionnaire will be sent.
03. Details
The final details will be discussed via email or text messaging. The reason for this final consultation is to help clarify anything for you, and to let us know if you have changed anything since completing the questionnaire. This gives me an idea for how to plan out our session as your photographer.
04. Big Day!
The big day is finally here!! My goal on this day is to ensure that it will be fun! I promise to keep you laughing and feeling comfortable. I will pose you and help guide you through the entire shoot. I will be there to capture who you all are and to create some fun memories together.
05. Gallery Delivery!
About 2 weeks after your session once the beautiful images are ready, I'll deliver them to you via a secure online gallery. You'll receive web-resolution/high resolution digital copies of the edited images based on the contract.
